My name is Muna Al Hashimi
Emirati Chef, a Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate, has over 15 years of experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and across Europe. A passionate advocate for sustainability, Muna sources ingredients locally and mentors aspiring chefs through workshops and classes.
